    SPORTS CAMPS are designed to help improve the fundamental sports skills of young athletes.
    Athletes will build speed, strength and conditioning to help them take their performance to the next level. 
    The program is divided into 2 different training sessions as follows:


    SPRING SPORTS CAMPS* (8 Week Program)
    APRIL 28th to JUNE 27th

    AGES 10-12 -- Tuesday, Thursday   @ 4:30pm
    Cost: $190 per Athlete (16 training sessions)

    AGES 13-17 -- Monday, Wednesday, Friday  @ 4:30pm or 5:30pm
    Cost: $310 per Athlete (24 training sessions)

    This training session is focused on improving your acceleration, deceleration, change of direction and top speed.

    This training session is focused on improving your strength, endurance, explosiveness and injury prevention.
    Become a better, well rounded athlete and perform one step above.


    Train with professional sports trainer - Marlin Legare-

    Marlin has started his professional personal training career after years of fitness education and working with elite teams, trainers, and coaches.

    His athletic career as a wrestler includes his participation at the 2009 Summer Canada Games, as well as training with the University of Regina Men's Wrestling Team; winning 3 CIS Canwest Championships and 2 CIS National Championships.

    As a certified personal and athletic trainer, he is actively training athletes of all levels and enabling them to reach and exceed their performance goals.

    YOGA FOUNDATIONS CLASS

    Back to the fundamental poses, opportunity to learn proper technique to promote core strength, balance, and flexibility. Appropriate for beginners and for anyone who wants to revisit their technique. This is an inclusive class that promotes the variations and modifications that make sense for your body.

    Back to on proper techniques while enhancing the challenge of our yoga practice. This will involve more activity and flow while moving through the poses, holding positions for a longer duration, and taking more complex poses to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
